Rage, Rage against the machine
Switch off your computer screens
Wake up from this borrowed dream
Rage, Rage Against the machine
Sharpen your pencils
Fill your pens with ink
Don’t play out with collusion
In these long days of confusion
Rage, Rage against the machine
Don’t sleep walk into silent slumber
Silence is compliance
Reist louder
Wake up from this silent slumber
Don’t let anyone turn you into number
And if they do shout like thunder
Rage, Rage against the machine
Wake up from this borrowed dream
Put the windows out
Tear down all walls
Misbehave
Scream and shout
Rage, Rage against the machine
Do not go gently into fight or flight
Know your right
Know your rights
Memorise them
Tattoo them to your heart
Memorise your rights
Rage, Rage against the machine
Wake up from this borrowed dream
Let your mind transcend all borders
Tear them down
Like wild marauders
Dare to question
Stop all clocks
Make up your own time
To waste time is not a crime
It belongs to you
Rage, rage against the machine
The children see
They witness everything to
Let them go on strike
Iet the children right the wrongs
Rage, Rage against the machine
Wake up from this borrowed dream
